If you are a horror fan looking for darkness, suspense, drama, and a great tv show, boy does Channel Zero: No End House have you covered. This show is how horror is meant to be.

First Season was pretty good, though the writing and directing in this one is fantastic. Really well done, and creepy. It is so hard to find a story that can be this compelling and last that long.

Great storytelling as well as converting this from a creepypasta to a tv show!
  • Thought-provoking existential horror

I tend to be only a medium horror fan, but I thought this was great. The writing, acting, and cinematography are all top-notch, especially in the first two episodes. This isn't campy and shlocky at all. It's really intelligent and thought-provoking stuff, and has a bit of a science fiction feel to it. (Parts of it seem pretty clearly inspired by the classic science fiction film SOLARIS.) The later episodes sometimes felt a bit slow or disjointed to me, but overall I really loved the show and would give it a strong recommendation. I also really appreciated that the show's many mysteries mostly all pay off in the end in a really satisfying way. "Beware the Cannibals" actually means something in the context of the story -- it's not just a bit of self-conscious weirdness intended to create an aura of mystery that will never go anywhere, as is the case with so many paranormal adventure stories like LOST.

An excellent series. Great acting and direction all around. So quiet and creepy. The young cast was terrific but John Carroll Lynch owned every scene he was in. Brought a really gravity to this unique story. Sad to see it end but congrats to all involved for this well executed horror gem. Next season can’t get here fast enough!
  • Painfully slow and stupid ending. More of a Lampoon

  • This is how you do horror.

Only 4 episodes in and the dialogue, acting, cinematography and story are all on point. Giving me hints of It Follows, at least in terms of the tone and the natural way the kids look and act - and that is by no means a bad film to be inspired by. Crossing my fingers that it doesn't completely fall apart like Candle Cove, but so far it ears the highest marks.

If you are a horror fan who loves that creepy, slow burn, feelings of dread, then you would enjoy this show. I know I do. I'm really happy with what syfy has been putting out recently. Good work.
