  • Amazing.

One of the best shows I’ve seen. Has a great next generation vibe.
  • Wasn’t really sure I would like this show...

...this has turned into the best show on television. The plots are worthy of any SciFi show and the acting is great. I am eager to watch season 2 now.
  • Love It

An enjoyable show that mixes a bit of humor with serious Star Trek science fiction. Of course, haters will hate, but for me it scrubs away the days stress.
  • Don't Compare & Don't be Closed Minded!

I almost fell prey to the opinions of too many "reviewers" and missed out... but after the 3rd episode of the 1st season I became a huge fan. Is it perfect? No. But man... it's funny, intriguing and yep, there's even some pretty cool sci-fi thrown in. I have learned to try and watch every new show, spoof or remake with an open mind and give it at least 3 episodes (unless it's morally and/or ethically reprehensible) before jumping on a site and giving a show 1 star. I challenge people who like sci-fi and like comedy to try this show for a bit before making up your mind. I find it completely entertaining and surprisingly different from most of the drivel that passes as "TV entertainment" anymore.
  • A near perfect show

This is one of the best tv shows I’ve ever seen. It is funny, covers a broad range of topics that make you think without shoving its conclusions down your throat, and has a great cast. It’s so refreshing to see what a space adventure would be like with your normal, everyday people.
  • I enjoyed it

I feel it needs to commit a little more to either a comedy or a serious drama it hard to tell some times. It gives the feel of Star Treak with a bit more home humor.
  • No sound

    First episode has no audio.

I have always been a great fan of Seth MacFarlane. Since Brian from Family Guy to Ed Mercer of The Orville, I absolutely feel that Seth protrays human evolution in the best way! Romance though kindness and sweetness(peanut butter jelly bit from mad idolatry), understanding of cultural and religious ways through simple logic and common decency. Seth MacFarlane has a great way of showing the world as it is, and presents us with what I believe as some of the best principles and formats to live our lives! I enjoy the work of Seth and will continue to watch The Orville. It shows us principles for greatness in the world!!! It is my favorite work from Seth MacFarlane so far! Thank you to all the cast and crew of The Orville show
  • Please Let There Be More

This looked good in the previews and ended up being better than I expected. I really hope there's more coming. The humor is top notch, the plots feel like Star Trek more than any of the current Trek reboots do, and it's just... it's just GOOD. And I can sit through four episodes in a row without feeling worse for the experience.

I watched this via free TV. Just buy an antenna connect it to your TV. Auto tune of TV locates all channels free to everyone. Amazing people in this generation think they have to pay for tv when it is mandatory by the government to be free. If you are only using cable/dish tv you are missing local news an more important you miss the local emergency broadcasts! You also miss local commercials telling you where the sales are at. No wonder companies going out of business they are paying for commercials but very few people are seeing those commercials. When is the last time you saw a trailer for a movie playing at your local theater? Probably not in two decades! It should be mandatory for cable/dish tv service providers to provide those local emergency channels for free. I discovered my locals blocked by dish service provider even when i was paying extra money for the local channels. So years ago i cut the tv bill by dropping tv. I did buy a antenna i have many channels available including fox where Orville was free.
