  • Have to skip 4 ads per episode

I thought I was buying an ad-free season 2 of Legion. Instead you have to sit through the same ad every episode at the beginning, and three ads at the end, including a redundant ad for Legion. Don't buy Fox/FX stuff on iTunes I guess. I can watch on TV if I want ads.
  • drawn out waste of time

This show spends all its time (and budget) trying to be artsy. Also FX is too dumb to get that itunes customers pay for shows without commercials in them.

  • Aubrey Plaza

I am so so here for Aubrey Plaza’s heart-stopping metamorphosis from the beginning of the season to the end. I feel everything she wants me to as the drama ramps up - SO impressive and a powerful foil to some of the blankness or confusion of other main characters.

  • Freaky good

Legion is NOT for everybody. The storyline is sometimes non-linear, and there are many dream-like sequences. It's not surprising, since the protagonist is sometimes sedated, sometimes undergoing psychic whiplash, and sometimes fighting battles on the astral plane. This can make it hard to figure out what's going on! So why even try? Well, the director and writers do an amazing job of creating a creepy and ominous atmosphere, as David goes from being a zonked-out institutionalized patient to something much, much more. A powerful telekinetic and telepathic mutant who has lived his whole life thinking he's mentally ill? And who then finds out something completely different is going on?? Legion is freaky good, if you stay with it.
