Great story, movie and acting. Some of Robert's best work.
  • Too slow/boring

Love the actors but the pace of the movies was too slow and very little chemistry between the actors. If you are stuck on a trans pacific flight and need help with insomnia, this is your movie

This is not a great movie; it isn't even a good movie. It is slow, with very little plot to carry it. Be forewarned.

Highly recommend. If mindless smack in your face movies are the only kind you like I would avoid this one. If you can appreciate kicking back and watching a movie that’s pace is slower you’ll like this one. It’s in that pace that the greatness of the story comes through.

Nothing new, old footage used for current reference. So if you old enough to remember the films RR's been in it jars you, 'cause not your thinking of that film. Nothing too imaginative; now a deus machina would have added a nice twist, like robbing the same bank twice and hitting the same teller, who's his daughter.
  • Modern greatness.

This is what happens when you put a ton of talent behind nothing. People rave about the acting and the cinematography (which are on point in this film). Then you combine it with the full potential of a fantastic true story and critics will rave. But in my humble opinion: all that does not a great movie make! A story is only as good as how you tell it, and that’s where this show falls devastatingly short! Change the script and the screenplay, and this show would have been award worthy, but alas, it’s good only enough to start before bed when it hits netflix.
  • Brilliant slow and smoldering. Let it roll onto you

This is not a rapid fire drama. It gently rolls out onto you just like Newman's last couple of films so it should be enjoyed like a BBC Sunday night play on PBS.
