Chloë Grace Moretz (“Suspiria”) stars as a teenage girl forced into a gay conversion therapy center by her conservative guardians. Based on Emily Danforth’s acclaimed and controversial coming-of-age novel.
This story is so needed in this depiction, well written and portrayed! Thank you!

I read the book over the summer and I was extremely pleased with the movie. Chloë was a great for Cameron
This movie was absolutely beautiful, educational, and entertaining. This absolutely deserves an Oscar.
Beautiful, charming, relevant, relatable.
I recommend this film to anyone and everyone!! have been waiting for so long to see this film.... and it did not disappoint! Chloe Grace Moretz’s performance was stunning and dynamic. She portrayed so beautifully a classic teen struggling with identity and finding who she is. This film is not just about gay conversion therapy.... it’s a coming of age story that anyone can relate to on some level. Desiree Akhavan gave us an almost John Hughes-esque film. It had touching moments of friendship and people going through a common struggle. Overall, a very relevant subject portrayed in a beautiful, charming way.
One of the best movies of 2018
This movie is amazing , really helped me with accepting who I am and really opens your eyes.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing.
Wow! Chloe’s best performance. Why more people aren’t talking about this film baffles me. Timely, emotional and perfectly crafted. We needed this.
definitely worth watching, it’s eye opening, the actors do an incredible job, and it’s beautifully done. the plot can be a little simple and the movie is short but overall really amazing
Unfortunately Chloe gives one of her usual flat, 1-dimensional performances. Looks stone faced most of the movie, except when she's crying. She deflates the energy in every scene and then magically stands on a kitchen counter to sing- too little too late. Supporting roles are mildly amusing but feel like caricatures. Haven't seen A Boy Erased but maybe that's better for similar subject matter? Skip.
